The company could have had enough cash til 2025 by which time results would be in and, if positive, they could raise at 20c
If the results are negative, the cash from option conversion will mean squat
Anyway you look at it, these options are a complete curse because you are giving investors two bites at the cherry
But I guess if you want to raise money in the banana republic, you have to sell your soul to the devil
