Stormer is totally correct. These are effectively out of the money options with an exercise price of 3.5 cents. This is the exact way the value of the employee shares are calculated ie on an option value method. To get this 18m options at a worse price of 3.75 cents we shareholders were asked to put in $720,000. Will be very interested to see how much the CFO put into the last raise or the one before compared to us shareholders.
