Ain't anyone interested in the conversion today of 7m+ 3 cent options which still have a year to run?

Question: Is that a large holder (or two or three) converting, or is it a predominantly a gaggle of smaller holders who coincidently chose the same moment to convert. To me the answer is obvious.

Question: (If I am correct and it is the former) why convert now?

Wish I knew the answer to that one, but my gut tells me that the answer is either neutral or negative toward the future of the company in the opinion of the converter(s). In other words they will be distributed to the market in the short to medium term.

I'll admit, not the only reasonable assessment, but thought I'd get in with the first comment. [I am sure that I will be pounced on by those who want to consider a more positive viewpoint.]
