Maybe however what you and I think is possibly far deeper than what the market here has shown to be interested in, especially the new ponies and blow-ins. It ticks a box for many and to be fair he has just kicked in over $367K for the conversion and I cannot for the life of me imagine he did this if he didn't have confidence in the current tasks that are mid-flight coming in on (reasonable) time and with a positive forward propelling flavour to them.
Maybe however what you and I think is possibly far deeper than...
