Exactly what I was saying of issuing convertible notes being the beginning of the end. Go and look at the charts of other cannabis players CPH and MXC that did this.
And now here you have it, convertible note holder, getting discounted shares, here they have 7.2 million shares, that they have gotten at 4cents, that they can dump on market above 4 for quick profits. Whats the point of issuing these shares if not to sell? Quick guaranteed profit for them, lower share price and more dilution for everyone else.
Its a shame AGH was looking so promising, such a poor management decision. This note holder still has 35 million to go that they will always get issued under market price and can dump on market.
