Thanks for your comments. I am hoping that what you say may be correct as I also anticipated the same.
However; When thousands of dollars are involved common customer relations demands at least a confirmation
of receipt of monies in a sensible time frame!!???!!!
And as has been stated by another member here, why do we have to go through the bloody rubish of having to fill in forms to convert options. Has any one told Automic we live in the 2020s now.???
