I have done a couple smaller oppie conversions so far, before I pull the trigger on a couple big ones.
Using the details on those forms, I sent the money early in the week, emailed a copy of the receipt and filled out form and sent it to the email address on that form. Both times they shares hit my commsec account on the very next Monday.
