Next Investors/S3 were issued 4,777,530 on 26/06 @ $0.069560, ~4.5% discount to the closing price - seems fair and above board to me.
Additionally, at the time of posting the relevant article on 27/06, they owned 6,777,530 shares, which means they bought 2m on market prior to being paid these shares for services, doesn't mean they haven't also been paid cash.
Seems to be no problems here, and S3 are doing what they've been remunerated for, and thus far it has seemed to work.
