This share issue was a negotiated outcome for earn out liability in regards to Quadrant a total $30m hit- a POI data company but instead of what Google Maps provides this has video and sounds. It does have revenue growth. The data is ideal for any A.I application that needs this type of data especially for marketing, ridesharing, retail etc...
