The options rank equally to all other shares once converted. It’s the share holders that own the options, not the company. So if I convert my 0.012 options into shares, I can sell them on market at any price I like. It’s a win win situation provide the share price is above 0.012, I make the profit off the sale of the shares and the company banks the value of the concerted options. We all make money. Which is just the way I like it.
