a) missed target of $1m ARR for NC up June 30. 74% achieved. This will be booked and paid for revenue only. For example, $only $217k of the $868k deal recently announced will count. AR9 have themselves said there has been $2m in sales of NC so far in 2021 compared with $500k in 2020. This numbers refers to multi year commitments that have not yet been paid.

b) any level of dilution is broadly not loved, even if it's known about ahead of time.

EDIT: Tumby you are correct, but I reckon the market seems to unjustly freak out about minor dilution quite often.
