I’m no expert on this, but the notice also says that these are the performance rights issued as at June 30, 2023. I think that the ones you highlighted have expired (not vested). From what I could see, the share price would need to get to $1.05 before these performance rights could be converted to ordinary shares.
Happy to be corrected if someone has a different take on how these performance rights work.
IMO, ARL SP is tracking nickel price. Chinese trying to control the market by first crashing it and disrupting supply by driving miners in properly governed jurisdictions to the wall. Not much ARL management can do to control this.
If ARL BoD and management pull this off, I don’t think that SH’s will begrudge these performance rights. I won’t anyway.
