Continuing to issue shares “in satisfaction of consultancy services provided”! Absolutely ridiculous, what “consultancy services” are these?
980,392 issued at 0.0102c = $1000 approx of “consultancy service”. This clearly demonstrates they are extremely tight for cash and diluting shareholders by continuing to issue shares willy nilly for “consultancy services”. Company should be more clear to the shareholders on exactly what these “consultancy services” are!!
Very disappointed with this company as the management has bought this company to its knees, share price says it all!! I am sorry to say that this board needs to leave and bring in a competent management team to run it as it has been a disaster with the current skeleton team and the previous directors!!
