Thats it, hand out shares for option fees like they handing out sweets willy nilly, have these guys never heard of reducing dilution instead of continuously diluting as they don’t want to pay for fees via cash as they don’t have any spare cash hence they keep issuing shares as a form of payment! Such poor management of funds and share dilution! It is no wonder these guys can never return any shareholder value! It seems they clearly are not up to the job, they all need to resign and instil a new board who knows how to run an asx listed company!!
