never participate and don't give them your money , those guys are scammers , conspiring with dodgy companies to steal investors money in return for asx getting paid the listing fees . and then they go bust and investors get nothing
the aim is to steal as much money from australian investors and use this money in overseas companies where asic has no jurisdiction do not give them your money they wil steal it
