    Makes no sense at all. best case scenario, this person paid 0.001. They paid 1.1c when they can buy on market for 0.9c.

    Either,
    someone is testing the process to see what the turnaround time is as they are anticipating some arbitrage opportunities after readout,

    Or
    this person has a short position and wants to highlight that there are dilutive options around that can impact the value of our holdings

    Or
    the simplest answer, someone does not understand maths.

    its less than $1000 so I don't imagine its for tax/cgt reasons
