Yes Benny Boy's 2 year disqualification and fine was not enough when one considers how many millions and millions of dollars lost by investors because of the arrogant way he went about deceiving shareholder's and investor's.
Imo he should have been struck off for life, if it was outside of the Corporate Shield he would have got 10 years jail for deception and fraud, no matter case over now there are still much bigger problems with Auz to face looking forward and that is how to remove the trough munchers that remain in the pig pen.
