The $5 billion statement at the time was pulled up by Asx and suspension of trading and announcement was amended.
This happened with in a week, so this $5 billion announcement didn't cause the market cap to drop millions.
The other penalty of say Sk would fund the plant was never in any announcement or presentation ????
The fine was probably to harsh and the company lost millions after the Asic announcement .
