I have a feeling these guys dont mind running the company at a loss and if they run out of capital they have a back up plan to take the company private, buying it back from shareholders cheaply leveraging the debt agreements the business has made with management. I heard somewhere to watch out for board members lending money to a business as they can use the terms to regain complete ownership of the business.. not something i know much about but seems there is a lot going on behind the scenes: capital raises at a premium, board members giving high risk loans to the company at high interest rates, generous stock based compensation, already extremely high insider ownership (usually a great thing of course..), ratty seems happy enough to run the company at significant losses in this environment raising just enough cash to survive another 1 or 2 quarters.
for context/disclosure: I sold out a while ago and am still very interested, I think the business has great prospects however they need to multiple their ARR whilst maintaining a high level of growth and make their way towards cash flow break even before I will take them seriously again
