I think Management and I have a different concept of performance. surely we should all be better off for a truckload of shares to vest. My understanding of where we are:
1. Sales of Aura IQ not yet at levels expected.
2. If you take out discontinued operations they lost money last year.
3. Even at EBITDA level we went backwards.
Really how have they met performance - Oh they sold the profitable division and now have cash.
Sorry but behaviours here are appalling. in my opinion. I feel like a mushroom and even then they don't really communicate much. Great presentations but no real substance.
I still hold because I dont really know what else to do. I could sell but believe that these products are needed - just not sure they are in the right hands.
