Unfortunately performance rights aren't strictly speaking linked to performance but are corporate largesse.
AVA are guilty of a litany of missteps and a complete obliteration of the SP and despite this mgt. are not only well compensated but given microphones to feed us crap - as you say we are mushrooms.
From what he said at the AGM he's counting on $5m worth of orders at $20K each for 250 clients. I don't know if this is ARR or just a one off revenue number, after that f... knows.
We can only hope that Aura IQ snags them a big miner and not just POV but take up and then we can see a rise in the SP.
I won't be holding my breath though
