Options don't have the liquidity heads offer. So if someone wants to sell 12m shares, heads offer the best option.
Reading the quarterly, I have a feeling that AVL Management has got the BFS done and now going thru the final review process. I am saying this by comparing the comments re BFS in the last two quarterlies. Seems to me that they have got it done and hence fewer details in the current quarterly re the BFS.
Whoever converted these options to heads may be expecting a TH any moment - so a smart move to have the heads ready.
Or they just want to sell today and get out!
