Its another example of a risk = reward correlation. Getting in early carries more risk but greater reward, as risk decreases so does reward.. in theory.
What I like about this end of the market is that you can 'game' the formula a bit by researching a listing and finding value that is not yet being recognised by the market, e.g. AVL.
The time to enter is up to each person and I don't think anyone can judge another's choices and no one gets it right everytime.
