Maybe clearing the processing plant through local government? Or completion of phase 1 of the OFS?
Neither are great milestones worthy of a bonus IMO, and it certainly can't be due to any market performance measurements, but CEO's basically write their own cheques so it could be for anything really.
As for the comments on lifestyle,,, there has been zero cap raises under new management, and 3 odd billion of those shares was to buy out a neighbour which was essential to make this viable.
No one will argue Vince didn't drag his feet for 10 years at shareholder expense and still couldn't produce a viable feasibility study, and I personally won't be argueing that the new management have been perfect, but it's a new game now and that game is mostly being dictated by the WA approval process.
No one will argue the vanadium market looks attractive atm either, but we're here for vanadium's potential future, and for that AVL is a better option than anything else out there.
