While bulls is the resident downramper, he is different from alot of others. Most are hurt former holders hanging around like a bad smell. Bulls, is clearly a short-term trader (gambler), stalking the companies with volume, downramping until the price gets to his buy point, then loading up, and immediately agitated if the price doesn't start to rise. He also gets extra agitated if one of his other potential buys goes up without him onboard, and can not stop comparing the current 'lemon' to the shining light (FRS).
