    So these 9.7 million pre IPO (formerly escrowed) shares owned by seed investors essentially have a cost base of about 6 cents, while IPO investors got in at 20 cents. I understand they are different
    types of investments/financing and carry different terms and risks, but geez why such a large difference in investment cost. Seems like the seed investors got a very generous offer, while IPO investors have been screwed over.
