When you're trying to convince US investors that you have potential for a Nasdaq listing, by issuing a PFS that assumes lithium will soon be selling for 60% more than spot price, it helps to have a director who worked for a company delisted from Nasdaq because it couldn't attract US investors and didn't want to be bothered with the expensive compliance requirements.
