I don't really think large investors are "comfortable" at all, more like ropeable at management and their endless broken promises. We are about to witness another Quarterly where incompetent MM & board run the cash levels way down before acting. All they have delivered so far are sub par results and pipe dreams while large investors are trapped at 3 cents and most likely lower by the time quarterly hits & full extent of horrible cash position revealed.
