I honestly think its someone with a lot larger parcel of options just wanting to work out the process and maybe the time delay involved in converting options to full shares. Not suggesting for a moment that this is a smoking gun to say "imminent" but in the same way, right now you wouldn't bother converting since the SP is so much cheaper.
Nice to think about though. Bring it on.
