Interesting point with regards to the rebate. I presumed it is a given that they would be entitled to receive it. If they don't get it via a loan advancement, then I guess its likely all over red rover!
Should we even be trading if potentially insolvent? How does the regs work here? Is it on the company to request a suspension or does the regulators asx / asic take action after reviewing the 4c?
