Basically, the SP has reached an equilibrium between what people are willing to take a risk on.
have to remember that the volumes are very low, and most buyers would be those speculators who don't know much about the company's history.
Speculator investors look for low prices shares - may use 2 or 3 cents as the upward limit - and then buy a small parcel in the hope of a quick profit.
So, it's not that the SP is so resilient - just that it has reached a more or less equal balance. Given that the SP was 12 cents just a year ago, not sure if resilience is a term we should be using either
