    I really don't understand what you are talking about. BLG is owned by shareholders on the ASX (not all are Australian) and the BoD are shareholders (also on the ASX). If the company is receives a bid then the BoD (from any source including USA) the BoD must put this to share holders at a General meeting and get a vote supporting the T/O. Any shareholder with 20% or more shares cannot buy more shares (except through "creep" positions) without putting a bid for the whole company. I really don't see how the BoD can benefit themselves through a fictional "backdoor"/ Please explain.
