Would they sell though?
I am not a legal expert, but if they converted a couple of weeks ago just prior to the FDA announcement as a member of the company, would they be penalised for it?
Doing it now means they can hold for 6 months before the next FDA meeting, or even until 12 months to lessen the tax.
Just my thoughts and my opinion.
