If you want to believe that large institutions are not aware of sensitive information in the tech space, you're more than welcome to - but you're living in the clouds.
Regardless of what NDA's BRN has, the people with the money and connections always know what cards are on the table before they get played.
There is one reason why LDA are being used and this is because an equity raise here would likely fail to attract anyone but the usual HC retail crowd.
