Why are people surprised that the CR was announced. The January release stated that they have to issue the shares to LDA buy March 31 2024.
The CR closes June 7th or sooner of the top of my head so we will not know when the selling will start. If there is news then the smart thing would be to sell in to the news.
As for how much they sell well they could pause the raise and continue on until year end.
