Good points made MM and I agree with most of what you have said however, these are the facts:
- Investors have been loyal to Brainchip including many here and myself included. Yes I trade but hold a substantial number [ now in the red ]
- Other companies have rewarded loyal investors with issue of options (an incentive for holding) why couldn't BRN do this to show their gratitude to shareholders?
- We are not a charitable or research organisation , but a profit making enterprise and shareholders expect revenues to eventually show on the bottom line.
- We all are waiting for a material contract. Tangible results are needed in the form of solid contracts.
Valeo and a few other large companies including Renesas that have been working with us from around 2020 have now reached the 4 year time frame. How long more will it take? Seans projections of timelines for revenue/ commercialisation have not materialised.

- We are basically at a stage where the shareprice is in no where land and one official announcement will validate and ease investor concerns and prevent shorters from using BRN as their bullseye. The board has a responsibility to their shareholders like it or not.
