The board has no incentives.
They want to avoid Strike 2, get paid handsome salaries and don't really mind if success is delayed. Whilst LDA Capital steals everyone soul, they'll keep this show going. Shareholders are in for a dilutionary surprise, when their holdings lose value and the overhang stings badly should a positive announcement follow (not expecting anything in 2024).
