    It's ambiguous.

    Total Cash Flow = Cash Received - Cash Outgoing
    We only have the total operating cash flow quoted in that snippet.

    The all important number is the Cash Received.
    Doesn't matter if the total is negative, quite normal for a startup.

    However, significant Cash Inflow from customers would be evidence of fledgling market success.
