i hate conspiracy theories but you can't help wondering if this CR has been the cause of the recent capping of the SP given the formulaic pricing of the placement....ie 10% lower than the VWAP pricing period(unclear how many days that was and when it started).

Anyway, the positive is that we should have clear air going forward air as it's now in Acuity's interests for the price to rise......lets hope they let it run and don't rush to exit their new investment. Of course 8m shares won't touch the sides if/when we get the news we are all waiting for!!

No way would you be able to buy 8m on market and not drive the share price up significantly. So its a good deal for them.

But not uncommon for these entities to do all they can to minimise the cost no matter how good the deal already is!

A fair amount of the trades on the BID today.
