I`am participating in the DRP, I think getting more units at a discount to NTA is a no brainer, and the fact that the Co-founders are in on it is a big plus. Its a very interesting fund and I`am greatful to be able to invest in a VC fund, which I would never get the chance to as a small time retail investor normally.
