What happens to BUD if they lose their case against CST? Again, the BUD case is week. BUD agreed and announced deal with CST and then walked away when something (apparently) better came along. (How's that deal with PFG going by the way?)
What happens to BUD if the chips don't arrive (in part or in full) this month?
What happens to BUD if manufacturing is forced to shut down, due to Delta COVID controls in China?
One thing is for sure, they won't be able to borrow any more money given the current laughable restructure with PFG.
IMO, these risks are far, far more likely than the perfect scenario of becoming profitable.

yeah, you can forget about class action now. Directors will claim to be "honest idiot" and not held to account. No more protection, shareholders are on their own.
