Cann had nothing going for them but the spend, at the time many were saying they should stop the build and have one small greenhouse and sale from there or an outdoor grow site but the only thing to differentiate them from anyone else was a state of the art facility.

Whether the decisions were incompetence or a ploy to extract more money from the market we'll never know.

I bought at $1.5, sold then bought at $1 and sold again taking a minor loss both times, there were a couple key points where they could have turned things around but I think knowing what I know now as a more educated investor they were never going to succeed without heavy government assistance and any decisions by management would just delay the inevitable.
