I checked a couple of their recent announcements and couldn't find where they said that.

That's the "commercial scale" size - as in - the size they will make and sell (as opposed to make for a pilot)?

You know - there is NO CHANCE a 1MW unit could be commercially viable. Even if they can prove it is technically feasible - it is simply never going to be commercial. Are they going to have a field of 20 or 50 1MW units in the water. And again - where are the financials for these units? How many MWh/annum, in a good energy resource area, will they produce? How far off shore to be viable (because you need to run a cable to shore right?).
