At the time of the 100,000,0000 conversion of options happened before 2024 dilution binge when the company had about 1.2billion shares in issue.
this conversion would have represented a significant stake in the company and circa nearly 10% holding equivalent.
this is not a small over sight in my opinion and a ‘sorry corporate procedures are much better now’ (paraphrase) is not good enough.
