Look at the legislation in Fiji. If we start exporting any more than 10% of the total kava harvested in Fiji, then we could see tariffs or other restrictions. IMO as Governments will seek to capitalise on the volume of sales. What is it at the moment 3%? and 9% if we sell all of the kava volume capable of being processed after this next upgrade.
Do management want to get in the trap of large volume low margins? I think they have found a sweet spot right now and should be following this model in the US and maybe eventually a European country e.g. France.
