    Best outcome is BSX off market these through a broker to a group of select sophs. Worst outcome is they distribute them to BSX holders. Second worst outcome is they keep them.
    Such a large holding from one holder is the reason any rally results in massive candle wicks and no follow through buying pressure. Again, lack of Director support shows they are also not confident in the structure of the register.
