    I agree, I would have underwritten the options. It may cost a few hundred thousand, and a little instability as the acquirer of the options offloads once we get a run on the SP. On the upside, investors have the confidence that the cash will end up in the bank and no CR required, I reckon the SP would be closer to .10c as we speak.
