Hi all - I have been a CDXer for a long time and just converted options but this is panning out to be a bit of a disaster - not getting something off the mark with Mobvoi prior to the expiry date of the options. It can't have been lost on either side how important this would have been and now a real likelihood that a lot of the $8M will go begging and another cap-in-hand round coming up. CDX were suggesting a delivery date of the TicWatch prizes - with ATCOR inside - around Jun/Jul - long time ago! So less time and incentive now to justify conversion. You think Mobvoi must have been aware of the importance to CDX of getting this done and failure to do so - so far- must have something to do with efficacy of the product and technical concerns around the consistency of sensors and data in a go-live setting.
"Imminent" seems to be dragging on and on....and to have not launched something by now can't have been part of the strategy!
