Could somebody inform me how the CDXO options effect me at tax...

    Could somebody inform me how the CDXO options effect me at tax time.
    Still doing last financial years return. So end of 2020/2021 financial year I was in profit and have held a lot for more than 1 year. Now they will be worth zero but replaced with CDX shares.
    Do i book the profit for the options last financial year ? Does profit and loss all carry over into the new CDX allotment?
