I've added the 18th June, 1,625,000 to the list.

The 20th Sept shares were not converted options but employee benefits.

Here is an updated table:



With regards the remaining 17,500,000 CDAK options (37,500,000 - 20,000,000) it looks like the update from Cardiex (1st November) suggests that at that date 16,371,890 further could be converted. With significant further options converted post Nov 1st, and the subsequent increase in SOI, its likely that figure will grow further as the restrictions are based on % of SOI I believe.




All in all, the cash inflow along with improving receipts should see off any need for a CR in the next couple of quarters. Hopefully long enough for receipts from the Mobvoi and Pulse deals to start flowing.

If I get time, I might do further work on the forward cashflows. Has anyone else done anything on them?
